As the founder and sole designer of this studio, my commitment is to ensure your journey is not only straightforward but empowering. Every step, from purchase to launch, has been personally developed to give you the confidence and the tools you need to build a brand of distinction.

For Website Templates (Squarespace, Showit & Wix)

We have designed our process to be as seamless, strategic, and supportive as the templates themselves. Your journey is a clear, three-step path to a world-class digital presence.

1. Choose Your Path

Your journey begins by selecting the tier that best aligns with your vision and needs. Each tier builds upon the last, offering an increasing level of personalised, white-glove service.

  • The Blueprint: The definitive strategic foundation for the confident, hands-on founder. This is your complete master website template, delivered within 24-48 business hours, ready for you to implement your unique vision at your own pace.

  • The Masterclass: For the discerning founder who values an expert roadmap. This tier includes everything in The Blueprint, plus our comprehensive Setting up masterclass. This suite of step-by-step tutorials is your personal guide, empowering you to style and launch your site with the precision of a professional.

  • The Launchpad: Our signature white-glove service for the founder whose time is their most valuable asset. This tier includes everything in The Masterclass, with the heavy lifting done for you. We handle the complete strategic setup and branding of your site, delivering it within 7–10 business days, perfectly branded and ready for your content.

  • The Complete Studio: The ultimate turnkey solution. This is our most elevated, all-inclusive experience, including everything in The Launchpad, plus e-commerce shop setup. We will meticulously place all your content and list your first 10 products, delivering a business that is ready to generate revenue within 10-14 business days.

2. Build Your Vision

Once you have selected your path, the build begins. Upon purchase, you will receive an immediate confirmation email, and your core website template will be delivered to you within 48 business hours. From there, your journey will follow one of two paths:

  • For Blueprint & Masterclass Clients (The DIY Path): This is where you take creative control. With your template delivered, you can dive in immediately. If you have selected The Masterclass, you will use our comprehensive video tutorials to guide you as you add your branding, imagery, and copy with professional ease.

  • For Launchpad & Complete Studio Clients (The Done-For-You Path): This is where you hand the reins to us. After the initial template delivery, we will personally reach out to begin the white-glove implementation. We will build out your entire, launch-ready website according to your chosen tier's timeline, transforming your vision into a polished, professional reality.

3. Launch with Authority

Whether you have customised your site yourself or entrusted the process to our studio, the final step is the same. Once you are ready, you will simply connect your domain and launch your new, strategically-led digital home. Your online presence is now a true, unshakeable reflection of your brand's world-class standard.

For The Visual Identity Kit

A bespoke, one-to-one experience to create the visual foundation of your brand. This is a collaborative process between you and the studio.

1. Strategic Briefing

Upon securing your booking, you will receive our Bespoke Brand Brief. This comprehensive questionnaire is designed to delve into your vision, audience, and strategic goals. You will complete this and return it to the studio.

2. The Design Phase

Once your completed brief is received, I will personally immerse myself in your brand's world and begin the meticulous design process. This is where strategy becomes style. The creation of your complete, bespoke Visual Identity Kit takes approximately 10-14 business days.

3. Delivery of Your Assets

Your complete Visual Identity Kit will be delivered directly to your inbox via a private, secure link. This will include all the foundational assets you need to build a cohesive and recognisable brand, from logos and colour palettes to font direction and brand guidelines.

A Note on Our Digital Products

Every product in our studio is a digital asset. No physical items will be shipped. Upon purchase, your template access, contributor links, and any selected add-ons will be delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

Your Digital Delivery

To ensure a seamless delivery, please double-check your email address for accuracy. Should your materials not arrive within the specified 48-hour window for template delivery, we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to our support team.

A Note on White-Glove Timelines

Our "Launchpad" and "Complete Studio" installations are meticulous, high-touch creative services. While we adhere to a 7-10 day lead time, sometimes we do need a 10-14 business day timeline respectively, our commitment to unhurried, world-class quality means that during peak periods, our timelines may be slightly extended. We believe in communication and transparency, and you will be kept fully informed of your project's precise timeline every step of the way.
