After our call, if you are happy to move forward, you will receive a formal proposal outlining the full project scope and timeline.

To secure your commission, a signed contract and a 25% deposit are required to reserve your dedicated time in the studio calendar.

This is where the vision starts taking shape. I move into the studio and begin turning everything we've discussed into a real design concept — colours, typography, mood, structure — the first tangible glimpse of what your project is going to become

This is the reveal. I'll walk you through a detailed presentation of the creative direction, then we move into a single, focused round of refinement — making any tweaks needed so the final result truly reflects your vision.

It's a calm, collaborative step, designed to get it right without the endless back-and-forth.

Once the creative direction is signed off, we move into production — this is where your chosen service is built. For website projects, this is where your site is developed from the ground up, built to bring the approved design fully to life.

Once the project is finalised, it's handed over in full — everything is yours to own. You'll get a complete, organised library of all your final files and assets. For website projects, this also includes video tutorials so you can manage and update your site whenever you need to. The keys are officially yours.
