Payment plans may be available to help spread the cost of your purchase. Where available in your region, options such as Clearpay or Klarna will appear automatically at checkout.
Please note that any payment plan is an agreement made directly between you and the third-party provider — not with The Digital Content Studio. Approval, repayment schedules, and terms are determined entirely by the provider and may require identity verification and a credit assessment. We are not responsible for the terms or decisions of any third-party payment provider.

Website Template Questions

Our templates are designed natively for Squarespace, Showit, and Wix — three of the leading platforms for creative entrepreneurs. Each template is built specifically for its platform to ensure the best possible performance and design integrity. The platform each template is built for is clearly stated on the product page.

Each website template is available in three tiers so you can choose the level of support that suits you:
The DIY Template — everything you need to set up and launch your site yourself, including comprehensive step-by-step video tutorials. Your template and assets are delivered within 24–48 business hours of purchase.
The Pro Setup Template — our most popular option. You provide your copy, images, and branding, and we personally build out your entire launch-ready website for you. Delivery is typically 2–3 weeks from receipt of all your content.
The E-Commerce Suite — our complete white-glove experience. Everything in the Pro Setup, plus full e-commerce shop setup, payment gateway configuration, and your first 10 products uploaded and styled. Delivery is typically 4–6 weeks from receipt of all content and product information.

For DIY purchases, your template and all associated assets are delivered to your inbox within 24–48 business hours. For Pro Setup and E-Commerce Suite purchases, the template is transferred directly into your platform account — via a contributor invitation for Squarespace, or a unique share key for Showit and Wix — once we have received all of your content and are ready to begin.

Absolutely — and you are actively encouraged to do so. Every template is fully customisable to match your unique brand identity. You can change every colour, font, image, and section to your exact specifications. The template is your strategic foundation; your brand makes it entirely yours.

Not at all. Our templates are designed to be completely code-free. Your purchase includes a comprehensive suite of step-by-step video tutorials that will guide you through customising your new site with confidence and ease.

Your purchase includes the full website template design and all associated support tutorials. A domain name and an active subscription to your chosen platform (Squarespace, Showit, or Wix) are required separately and are not included. For Pro Setup and E-Commerce Suite tiers, your content — including copy, images, and branding assets — must be supplied by you before work can begin.

No. Website templates do not include PLR or MRR licensing under any circumstances. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for use within your own business only. You may not resell, redistribute, gift, or share the template in its original or modified form.

In the unlikely event that your template does not function as described or is faulty, please contact us at hello@thedigitalcontentstudio.com within 30 days of purchase. We will assess the issue and where applicable provide a corrected or replacement file. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

All products are available individually in the Studio Boutique, and many are also included within The Studio Suite membership.

The majority of our templates and assets are designed for use with Canva — either a free or Pro account. Some assets are delivered as PDF files and require no additional software. Where specific software is required, this is clearly stated on the individual product page before purchase.

A free Canva account will work for the majority of our templates. However, some elements within certain templates use Canva Pro assets, which will appear watermarked on a free account. These can easily be swapped for free alternatives from Canva's own library. Any Pro requirements are noted on the product page.

Upon purchase you will receive immediate access to your digital files — typically via a Canva template link, a downloadable PDF, or a secure download link depending on the product. Full access details are provided in your purchase confirmation.

All digital assets are provided under a single-use commercial licence unless otherwise stated on the product page. This means each purchase is licensed for use within one business only and may not be shared, transferred, or reused across multiple brands or businesses.
You may use our assets to create your own end products — such as guides, workbooks, or resources — and sell these as fully branded, non-editable PDF files, provided the original template or design file is not shared or included.
Our products are not provided with PLR or MRR rights unless this is explicitly stated on the individual product listing. Website templates are never offered with resale or redistribution rights.

The Studio Suite (Membership) Questions

The Studio Suite is our private membership and home of The Visibility System — a complete strategic framework for founders who are serious about building a brand that lasts. Membership includes monthly curated templates and digital assets, access to a full curriculum, and a private community of like-minded founders. It is a calm, structured space designed to meet you where you are and grow with you.

The Studio Suite is available on a monthly or annual subscription, both of which renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. From time to time we may also offer a Lifetime Membership as a special, time-limited promotion — this is a single one-time payment granting access for the lifetime of the product.

Yes. You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect your right to continue using any assets you accessed during your active membership period.

Any assets you downloaded or accessed during your active membership period remain yours to keep and continue using, in line with our licensing terms. Cancelling your membership simply ends your access to new content added after your cancellation date. You are not required to delete or stop using assets you have already legitimately accessed.

In the unlikely event that The Studio Suite is discontinued, we will provide as much advance notice as is reasonably possible. Any member holding an active annual or lifetime membership at that point will be provided with a comprehensive document containing all products and assets available within the membership up to that date, to keep and use permanently in line with our licensing terms. Monthly members will receive reasonable advance notice and no further payments will be taken beyond that point.

Should The Digital Content Studio migrate to a new hosting platform at any point during the active lifetime of The Studio Suite, your membership will be transferred across with the same level of access and privileges, completely free of charge.

The vast majority of templates within the Suite are designed for use with Canva — either a free or Pro account. Assets are delivered via Canva template links, Dropbox, or Google Drive, and all software requirements are clearly noted at the point of access.

This depends on the specific licence attached to each asset, which is clearly noted within the membership. Where PLR or MRR rights are included, they will be explicitly stated. Assets without a stated resale licence are for your own personal or business use only. Please refer to the individual asset licence before use, and to our full Terms and Conditions for further detail.

PLR stands for Private Label Rights. This means you can modify, rebrand, and sell the product to your own clients as your own creation.
MRR stands for Master Resell Rights. In addition to selling the product, you can also pass on the right for others to resell it, where the licence specifically permits this.
Neither licence allows you to claim original ownership of the design, apply for a trademark, or sell below any stated minimum resale price.
Bespoke Website Build Questions

Our bespoke service is a completely custom-designed and built website, created entirely around your brand, content, and requirements. Unlike our template tiers, everything is built from scratch to your brief. Lead times are clearly stated on the product page and begin from the date we receive all of your required content — not from the date of purchase.

Work cannot begin until you have supplied all required content, including images, written copy, branding assets, and any other materials outlined at the time of purchase. We will provide clear guidance on exactly what is needed. The sooner your content is provided, the sooner your project begins.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your place in the studio calendar, with the remaining balance due upon project completion prior to final file handover. Payment plans are available on request — simply mention it during your Vision Call and we'll find an arrangement that works for you. Our Full terms and conditions for custom work can be viewed here

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way. However, in order to deliver your project to the standard you deserve, we require your active participation throughout the process.
If we are unable to reach you or obtain the content and feedback required to progress your project, we will make three documented contact attempts over a period of four weeks, via email and any other contact method agreed at the outset.
Should we receive no response within that time, we reserve the right to suspend your project. A suspended project will be placed on hold and your scheduled studio time released. Work will recommence only when you are ready to re-engage, subject to availability — which may result in a revised project timeline.
Please note that the non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable in the event of a client-initiated delay or suspension. No refund will be issued for work already completed or for studio time already allocated to your project.
If a project remains suspended for a period exceeding twelve weeks with no contact from the Client, The Digital Content Studio reserves the right to formally close the project. In this instance, any additional fees paid beyond the deposit will be refunded, less a reasonable charge reflecting work completed to date. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including project closure.

Yes. Before final handover you will have the opportunity to review the completed build and request amendments where the work does not meet the agreed brief. We will not consider a project complete until you are satisfied it meets your specification.
We do however reserve the right to proceed to handover where, in our reasonable judgement, the revision process is being used in a disproportionate or unreasonable manner — such as repeated requests outside the original brief or requests that contradict previously approved decisions. We will always notify you in writing before doing so.

In the event that the completed website does not meet the standard of reasonable care and skill, or does not match its description at the time of purchase, you are entitled to request that we remedy the issue. This will be addressed through correction of the relevant elements. A price reduction will only be considered where a correction cannot reasonably be provided. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Policies & Support

All products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to this, all sales are final outside of genuine fault or misdescription.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is found to be faulty or not as described, we will assess the issue and where applicable supply a corrected or replacement file. A price reduction will only be considered where this is not possible. Refunds do not form part of this process for standard digital purchases.
For custom website builds, a partial refund may be issued in specific circumstances — please refer to the Bespoke Website Build section above for full details.
