This is a live, interactive online class – no physical product will be shipped.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming your purchase. You’ll also receive a separate class confirmation email with all the important details for your records. Closer to your chosen date, you’ll then get another email with your joining link and full instructions to ensure you’re set up and ready to join the class on the day.

You’ll need a free or Pro Canva account (both are supported).

Stable internet connection and a device with audio/video recommended.

Perfect. This workshop goes beyond dragging elements around and hoping they work. You’ll learn how to design strategically, keep your brand consistent, and save time by using Canva’s features the right way.

Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. You can absolutely use a free Canva account. I’ll demonstrate features available to both free and Pro users, and I’ll explain when (and if) Pro might be worth it for you.

How long is the workshop?
The live session is 2 hours. That includes live teaching, demonstrations, Q&A, and real-time feedback so you leave ready to implement what you’ve learned.

How many people will be in the session?
Each workshop is strictly limited to 20 seats. This ensures you get genuine interaction, time for questions, and personal feedback if you want it.

What do I get?
You’ll receive 2 hours of live, interactive training plus over £57 worth of free Canva templates and practical tools you can start using immediately to improve your design workflow.

Will there be a recording if I can’t make it?
This session is designed to be fully live and interactive, so no recording is provided. The small group format ensures you can ask questions and get personal help in real time.

What if I have more questions about my designs after?
You’re encouraged to ask as much as you like during the live session! You’ll also have the included templates and tools to help keep you on track after the training.

How do I choose my date?
When booking, simply pick the date that suits you best from the available options. Each date offers the same high-quality workshop, so you can choose what works for your schedule.

What if the date I want is sold out?
Because seats are limited, some dates may sell out quickly. If that happens, you can either choose another available date or join a waitlist to be notified of future sessions.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Bookings are non-refundable, if you have an emergency or can’t make it, please contact me in advance—I’ll do my best to move you to another available date.

What if I’m the only one booked for my chosen date?

No problem at all—the workshop will still go ahead. If you’re the only participant, you’ll effectively get a private 1-to-1 session for the same price, with even more time for personalised help and feedback. If you’d prefer to join a busier group (if available) for more shared discussion, you can also choose to move to another available date. Just let me know in advance and I’ll happily help you switch.

Absolutely! This is exactly why our classes and workshops are held online. As long as you have an internet connection or Wi-Fi, you can join us from anywhere in the world. We welcome participants globally and aim to make learning accessible no matter where you’re based.
